Custom Bushings form china manufacture
From material selection to precision manufacturing -- we help OEM buyers reduce wear, failure, and maintenance costs with engineered bushing solutions.
Why Standard Bushings Often Fail
Real-world applications require more than catalog dimensions.
Premature Wear
Caused by incorrect material hardness matching the shaft.
Seizure Issues
Failure under poor lubrication or high heat conditions.
Deformation
Material yield strength exceeded by shock loads.
High Maintenance
Frequent downtime due to short service intervals.
"In most cases, the problem is not the design -- it's the wrong bushing material for the job."

Oil Groove & Hole Customization
Proper lubrication film formation is critical for bearing longevity. FESODA provides full CNC customization for oil grooves, positioning holes, and solid lubricant pockets based on your hydrodynamic requirements.
Internal & External Grooves
We machine precise grooves to distribute lubricant across the contact area. Grooves can be applied to the inner diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), or flange face.
Single Loop / Oval
Standard for general lubrication. Ensures even distribution across the sliding surface.
Figure 8 / Crossed
Ideal for grease lubrication. Maximizes coverage for oscillating movements.
Straight Axial
Used for high-flow oil cooling or flushing out debris.
Circular / Annular
For continuous rotation where oil needs to be retained centrally.
Standard Configurations
- Oil Holes (H): Standard drill holes for lubricant entry.
- Countersunk (CS): Reduced stress concentration around holes.
- Stop Pins: For preventing bushing rotation in the housing.
Positioning Holes
Precise location relative to split lines or grooves to match your housing design.
Bleed/Vent Holes
Essential for hydraulic applications to prevent air pockets behind the bushing.
Chamfers & Radii
Internal and external chamfers to facilitate assembly (press-fit) and prevent shaft damage.
Split & Clinch
Custom split gaps or clinch-lock designs for wrapped bushings.
Graphite Plugged Bronze
For high-temperature or heavy-load applications where oil film cannot be maintained. We drill precise patterns into cast bronze (C86300/C93200) and press-fit solid graphite plugs.

Choosing the Right Bushing Material
We don't push inventory -- we recommend the most suitable material based on your specific operating conditions.
| Operating Condition | Recommended Material |
|---|---|
| High Load & Impact / Shock | Bimetal Bushings (Steel + Bronze) |
| Poor Lubrication / Dry Running | Composite / Self-Lubricating (PTFE/POM) |
| High Sliding Speed | Tin Bronze (CuSn Alloys) |
| Contaminated / Dirty Environment | High Embeddability Bronze (Leaded) |
| Corrosive Environment | Aluminum Bronze or Stainless Steel |
The right material can extend service life by several times without increasing overall cost.
